Delivery and Collection information

  1. When placing your reservation, please indicate what time you would like the e-bikes delivered to your location. We will check our schedule to see if your preferred time is possible. If you don’t hear from us, it means the time fits within our planning. If not, we will contact you as soon as possible (on the day of your request or the next day at the latest) to discuss options. Perhaps a slightly earlier or later time slot is also suitable for you?
  2. Payment is made on location, either by card or in cash (exact amount only, as we do not carry change).
  3. Collection of the e-bikes takes place by arrangement on the final day of your rental period. Just let us know via phone or SMS/WhatsApp when you’ve finished cycling, and FOETS will come to pick up the bikes. This can be done any time up to 22:00.

This saves you parking fees and the hassle of picking up or returning bikes. It also means FOETS e-bike rental does not have a physical shop you can visit.
