Our countryside is amazing because of it’s wide variety of activities and landscapes. The beautiful villages of Bergen, Egmond and Schoorl and the city of Alkmaar provide you with shopping, terraces, eating. Inbetween and around the villages there is extensive nature – be it polder (in spring with flowerbulb fields), dunes, forests and the beach. We managed to keep the balance between crowded and peaceful maintaining a great relaxed atmosphere.

Here you can leave your car behind and enjoy the great outdoors. The wide and long bicycleroads connect all the great sites. Without any rush you can do as you wish – go shopping, have a picknick, go for a bottle of champagne or a high tea, get some fries (with mayonaise) or just take the next detour. Who’s stopping you?
